ok ive changed all fluids now except for diff oil any ideas for what should go in, also just had new clutch in by hiteq very good price and excellent service and free coffee:D :alco:

I used redline 75w90 synthetic gear oil in my r32 gtst diff. if you've got a "viscous" LSD (mine's got an orange sticker on the side that says "viscous" , though you need to take the passenger side rear wheel off to see it) you shouldnt have to worry about "friction modiffiers" as only the mechanical style diffs need em

oh yes if you're running lots more than stock power then you could use some redline "heavy shock" gear oil

what are friction modifiers? how do i know if i need them , car is a r33 gts-t does it have lsd as standard ho can i tell ----new fangled stuff ------ we used to fill them with sand
