Standard one works fine if you've got the right fuel pump.

BUT mine uses a Nismo one :)

The answer is 45 psi, but you are asking the wrong question really.
You need injectors to keep up with the fuel demands of the power your engine is producing, 550cc is borderline for a safe 500 BHP, a single walbro is only good for 500BHP safely, so again right on the limit. I use the Tomei pump which is 280LPH and good for 570-580BHP.
I've not tested the GTS-T regulator but I have found on GTR's a bit of a pressure drop off at high RPM with the std fpr. The Nismo adjustable one works well as does the Sard, I use the large Tomei on custom fuel delivery systems, 3 pump systems with twin fed rail. The standard rail will flow plenty of fuel, I have used these up to 750 BHP when modified to be twin fed...
Hope this helps
