It could be a number of issues, is it showing any CELs, have you used a code reader on it?
Have you recently removed the throttle body? might be worth going through a reset.

No CELs, and i did plug it in and no codes came up, do you think cleaning th throttle body would work?

My 350GT often does this when it's warm, always has done. When I took it for uprev at hdev they had a brief play to see if they could do anything about it with no joy. It's not caused me any issues in over 2yrs now though. I'm just naturally ready to put a little gas in if I'm starting the car warm now.

Although it should show a CEL, have you tried replacing the ECU coolant temp sensor, if this is faulty and reporting low temp to the ECU, which in turn will mean the mixture is a little rich, which can cause hard start and bad idle.
