right i need some new rear tyres and i have been looking at some nearly nerw part worns as the rate i go through tyres is silly and the price is much much cheaper but what can i fit on my 9"wide volks,i have 255 on the rear at the moment but would say 245,265 or 275 work on a 9" wide rim?

All those you mentioned would fit a 9'' rim, although I don't think you can go any bigger than the 275/35. Presumably they are 18's?

i am also thinking of putting my 235/45/17 on the 9j rears and getting some 215/45/17 for the front 8j's is this ok as most people on driftworks do it but i would like grip!

They'd certainly fit, but I know f*** all about Drifting so not sure how that would work. Should be OK I would have thought.

go 235 front and 255 back then. i have 255 gooryears onm y avs rims which are p wide at the back and they look slightly too wide so i think 275 would be too big.

that what i normally have 235/45/17 front and 255/40/17 rear goodyear f1's but i was seeing if there is a better setup and a cheaper one.
