hi im after a metal head gasket but witch one should i get 1.3mm 1.6mm or 1.8mm r33gtst

thicker is usually better so get the biggest one in your budget

thickest you can get, can of worms, but thats what id do/did for lots of reasons

i put a 1.8 cosworth on my gtr only because i used high boost any way i take it that you are going to use arp head studs bolts

The std nissan head bolts are fine for 500+ bhp, it's not a weak point on the rb engines, as for the hg the std is 0.9mm and is good over 450 bhp so really personally I wouldn't go for much thicker than 1.2 or 1.3mm other wise you could lose some off boost drivability,
Speak to your mapper,
I would also invest in an oil cooler as running the higher boost levels heats your oil to alot higher temps quicker and shortens it's life,
