im trying to get an insurance quote for an r32 gts-t 2.0 turbo but every company i ask including my own, they dont know anything about a 2.0 turbo. i know these engines exist but the insurance dont. They also dont have any record of the reg. no of any 2.0 turbo i have looked at. Is this common?

i might try that, how are they for insurance, i assume the 2.0 turbo is cheaper to insure than the 2.5 turbo? Im trying to stay (at least till the policy is up) with my current insurer tho

no differance for the engine size all group 20 insurance was £20 dearer for a gtr over an rb20 for me but that was the differance in the value of the car

Adrian flux insured mine no hassle had to fill out loads of forms for the mods but no hassle really

But they are not supposed to be very good if you need to claim ( never had to and fingers crossed)

How old are you?

most of the 'high street' insurers either assumed i had a gtr or wouldnt even touch me. you'd be better trying A-Plan or adrian flux i.e. specialist insurers.
And i was 21 when i had my 2.0t r32 gtst
