I've been looking for some write ups but, haven't found much more than removing 4 bolts from the hub and giving the fan a pull. Does anyone have any pics of removing their fan? Or, any suggestions?

This is on a R32 GTS-t, idk if it makes a difference.

My intercooler piping was getting chewed up from the fan hitting it. So I'm gonna replace it with a 14" Spal.
the intercooling piping is probably resting too low, make a brace for it on the engine (front inlet side engine hoist mounts work well on mine)

How is that done?
With tools as a rule, or a hammer if your angry enough :grinno:

remove the top rad hose
disconnect the temperature sensor wiring and plug on the left side of radiator
undo the 4 nuts on the pulley / water pump
remove 2 self taping screws at the top of the cowling, shake rattle and wiggle to remove it from the lower location at the base of radiator.
grab the fan and move it forward then grab both and remove
that's about it in a nut shell

Whatever way you do it, It's very simple
