When I bought the car in August I had along with the DSP Kenwood stereo was a Japanese Sat nav & TV with slide out screen. It is a Kenwood G/PEX, totaly useless in this country.

Has any one ever found how to reflash on or reinstall new firmware, or is it a remove and chuck it?

Any advice or experience welcome.

TOTALLY USELESS OVER HERE ,

Nearest bin mate , just removed a pioneer unit / system from the 350GT too , pucker set up , sat nav , TV, hardrive the lot ... but useless , oh and 25kg of cables came out too ,

7 hrs to remove interior to remove it all just to fit a UK unit , the original system was wired into everything

i think there is something you can do with them not 100% sure but i think if you have a word with stusy he may be able to help, drop him a pm and ask him

Yer there is lil costly tbh it's a company in plymouth that convert all stuff japanese!!!

350z etc can have UK screens fitted , most conversions (still limited) is over a grand
