I thought it was about time I had a look at the condition of my cam belt today, so off with the cover(only one scrawped knuckle-not bad) and I was a bit surprised at the tension.
Now it was by no means falling off but it wasn't like a bow string either, has anyone else had a look at theirs recently?
Anyway the overall condition was very good so should I be worried?

On another note I've just fitted a GReddy boost gauge and took it for a blast, it was showing 0.7 kg/cm^2 which converted is 0.6865bar, this is about right for standard aint it?

Thats pretty much how much boost I get with Apex'i filter, downpipe, decat and exhaust on an average temperature day so yes I would say thats ok! 0.6 is standard full boost. 0.8 is about as far as you want to go on the standard turbo and compression ratio (so I have been told!) :)
