Ring lands gone, pistons cracked or a hole in the pistons. All of them readings are below what they should be, not just the 3 obvious ones. Once and if you get it repaired or replace you need to diagnose the cause of so many failures or it may happen to your next engine.

likely ring lands are broken
RB25 engine only has a couple of Achiles heals
1: Piston ringlands
2: Exhaust manifold studs

But hey its not the end of the world mate as they are quite cheap now for a full engine on Ebay etc ....be thankfull its not an RB26

erm how regular is it that these go , as just took head off , & dont want to build back up then 50 miles the rings play up , although all looks like its behaving its self in there

Why did you tke the head off?
Do or get done a compression test when its all back together.
