since ive lowered the car ive been getting a knock from the rear suspension area,my camber was put way out by the lowering
ive got some adjustable upper arms but ive discovered that the lower arm rear bush is pushed towards the back of the car so it touches the mount and its this that makes the knock

will putting the camber right sort this out?

where is a good place to get suspension bushes? ive checked the driftworks site and a few others but they dont seem to do any bushes for the lower rear arms

Sound's more like castor mate. Is the car pulling/bolting in any direction? Any unusual tyre wear/feathering? You want to get that camber sorted anyway for a start and work from there. Sorry I can't really tell you a whole lot more without seeing it buck but the only recommendation I could make at the mo is take it to a good mechanic or suspension place and get it sorted because you'll eat bushes if you don't. But deffo start by rectifying the camber problem anyway.
