with stock cams about 7500 is realy the max for the hydrolic lifters,with aggressive cams it may be a bit less,ive kept mine to 7400 with pon cams,but i havent hit the limiter yet,others will know more,im sure you will have guys telling you 8 krpm but thers noo need for that in my opinion

With hydraulic lifters as Anto has said 7k RPM. They'll struggle to keep up after that. Even with solid lifters you might want to consider uprating the springs if you're going to let the limiter out more.

anybody change the spark plugs in their diesel lately?

my rev limit on my gts-t is around 7422rpm as my safc II will happily confirm :rofl:

Brave man! i had to raise mine back up to 7300 @marham as i was hitting the 7k limit in 5th about 2/3rds down the straight lol
my car aint no trailer queen mate :funny: and ill need to make a marham day :bigthumb:

ps is it also bad that i got a 99.9% airflow reading as well:funny:
