More Questions.

The dvd rom in the stock unit is only for satnav updates.
The 2003 model doesn't have oil pressure or a trip computer. I think the later - 2005? - models do have the trip computer though.

I have wondered how easy it would be to swap the oil pressure switch for the oil pressure sensor which is on the Zeds?

The SatNav and screen are totally Jap and not really convertable to English.

There is an mpg system on it, but it didn't work on mine. If you flick around the screens you will find a leaf. It' still all in Japanese and anything is in km and ltrs/km.

The DVD ROM is pretty much useless as well as this is only for the SatNav. Have a word with BLITZSKYLINE and he will sort you out how to bin it all and convert to something you can use.

The dvd rom plays region 3 dvd's on my 06 anyway.
The dvd rom is single din sized so you have a region 2 dvd player fitted easily.

Is it feasible to access the screen wiring to feed a reversing camera, or a switchable video source?

The screen must have aux inputs as my car has factory front and rear parking camera's so I say they could be fitted easily.
