Are you sure that it's the throttle body you're looking at and not the traction control system?

Hey Fellas,
I'm waiting on my new inter cooler and suction pipe, but after doing the tear down I noticed my throttle body is open...So I pressed accelerator with camera and then let off...still open. So hmm pulled throttle cable, still open. Let off still open. Any ideas what I need to replace before throwing on inter cooler? TPS? Throttle body itself? I checked with a multi meter everything is giving correct conclusion. I've researched all over the web and even searched on the forums here, but nothing.
Any informative incentive is appreciated.

This is open and on the car regardless of on accelerator or off it remains open.
What you have been looking at is the penny for the traction control system and that will only close if the traction control system is kicking in
If you look at the actual throttle body penny (the side that bolts to the manifold) i would put money on it being closed.
If the throttle body penny was stuck open the car would be revving to the sky!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm such an idiot, I was like wtf thought I had to buy a Q45 or an 80mm TB but was confused as to what that thing was. I'm going to send you a pm with a few questions man. I appreciate the quick responses.
You can post here with your questions...don't worry fella we all make mistakes, and nobody is going to laugh...well not much anyway, and we are all still learning about something despite what we know already.
So what does that thing do since I take it my r33 doesn't have that?
