Well did the brake fluid change today and while I was under the car for the first time I was able to look at the shocks and springs. They are NISMO red and certainly the front ones appear to be adjustable.

The question is how they vary from the standard and as I live in West Yorkshire with the bumpiest roads ever what can be done on setup.

Should they be left alone or altered to accomodate the shocking roads.

Yes but what guidelines do you use or is it a try it and see mentality

try it and see,or see if a local tuner could offer some advise for setups

Like he said ^^^ Really can't offer any helpful advice but if i had some adjustable setup then i would just try moving each knob either way a few turns and see how it felt compared to last time
