I have just been doing a large upgrade on a series 2 GTST as follows.

Apexi Power FC and commander
Apexi boost kit
Garrett GT3037R turbo
Tubular manifold
External Wastegate
Q45 AFM
Greddy FMIC
Rerouted intake pipes with open dump valve.
1.6mm Greddy head gasket
550cc injectors

and so on.

After a few teething problems I managed to get the thing running with a nice even idle.

The car revs up fine but I have no boost. The gauge shows 0 bar at max.

Could anybody give me some pointers as to the trouble shooting procedure for no boost.

Are you trying to boost with the car rolling or just revving in the drive?
