Northwest Monthly Meet - September 8
This seemed to work much better as a venue than the Stonecross, in terms of meeting our needs, so the next Northwest Monthly Meet will be at the Stag Hotel in Wigan again. It's not far from the M6/East Lancs junction, so pretty accessible.
The Stag Hotel is a Marston's so it has a good, cheap and comprehensive menu.
It has a large quite car park to the rear in which we'll try to situate ourselves to the rear of to limit the chance of randomers parking between us and ruining our photo ops.
The meet will run from 19:00 to 23:00 on a drop in drop out basis. Turn up when you like for as long as you like. The full pub menu, bar snacks and drink will be available for those wanting to stay for their evening meal or just relax with a drink and get to know each other.

I'm up for this ... Is there a defo date ?
Broke down AGAIN today. Easy to spot the problem as couldn't hear the fuel pump priming when turning the key.... and sure enough no fuel at the engine..... So wiring or pump fault. Looks like it's yet another weekend in the garage. Hopefully the latest gremlin can be killed b4 Blackpool. Curse you car ! .......Why do you hate me ?
