NOT HAPPY WITH DRIFTWORKS

i am not happy with driftworks at all, after being such a big fan of them....and this what i get in return denied access to their facebook page

this is what happened

a while ago i emailed driftworks asking them if it was possible to have some stickers to put and advertise on my skyline....i never got no reply so i thought they busy and never had time to reply

so i asked their on their facebook page this week which i been a fan of for a long time, if it was possible to have bigger stickers then 55cm that are in their shops in orange(never asked for them for free or anything), but instead of a reply my comment was removed...i asked why my comment was removed...instead of a reply i get removed from their facebook group/page and denied access to comment

i believe this is unfair so i emailed them and they said iv been asking repeadtely..(i asked twice once in email and once on facebook,) so i explained and asked if could get access back and basically they said No just now.. at no time was i rude or anything to them!! i dint get no warning or anything i only asked 2nd time which was on facebook as i thought they didnt get my email

That isn't what happened at all. I've personally replied to all of your emails and answered all of your questions and removed your spam from Facebook.

Imagine the amount of requests we get for stickers? Its not financially viable for us to fulfill those requests. I don't want to get involved in an e-war with someone over some stickers, so if it is really this important to you, email me your address and I'll get some sent out.

We're very well renowned for our excellent customer service, community and willingness to help people out, I'm sorry we haven't made you feel like a part of that.

Just to echo Kam's comments and point out that the only reason you were removed from our Facebook page was due to repetitive spamming about stickers on completely unrelated posts!

We don't want to alienate anybody and we certainly don't fob off our customers, but we were just trying to keep our Facebook page clean, tidy and on topic!
