hi
been getting some problems with power steering belts on my gts-t (keep coming off under hard acceleration) and noticed that i have a larger 4 groove pulley on the bottom of the engine as apposed to the 3 groove pulley on the power steering pump.....is this normal?

if not can i just fit a 3 groove lower pulley without taking the other belts off or is the pulley wheel behind it a one piece item?

The lower / crank pulley (harmonic balancer) is one unit.

The crank pulley and power steering pulley / belt should match up, probably why you are getting problems, sounds like the wrong belts have been put on or mixed up.

the crank pulley has 4 grooves and the power steering pulley has 3 so its not the belt its deffo the pulleys......but cant see why they would be different
