hi there i took one of my intercooler pipes of today and i found there was oil inside should i be worrying. i know it could mean the oil seal on turbo could be leaking and i dont have a catch can yet do you think this would solve the problem

Yes a properly connected up catch can will solve it, if your turbo seals have gone not even a catch can will solve it.

whats the best way of finding out if the turbo seals have gone without removeing it

when the turbo seals go you will get smoke,if its not smoking then its fumes pulled through the breather system and the intake will be oily from the point the breather fumes enter the intake tract

There is oil in the intake pipes so it means my seals have gone yes

you mean the pipe between the afm and the intake of the turbo?

from past experiance if your turbo seals have gone u will have a hell of alot of smoke out the rear

yep,i have had oil in my intercooler pipes before,just buy a catch can f it worries you,if you see smoke from your exhaust have your tubby checked

Abit of oil/dirt is normal. As said if it bothers you get a catch can.. Japspeed on here sell cool ones in different colors....
