Guys,

My missus is biting me ear off when she rides shotgun.

As stated above, the passenger side electric window will no longer work. Have tested voltages to motor and all are present when switch is on for up or down.

Have tried another window motor to no avail.

Any sugestions? I have used the search facility but have not yet seen an answer.

so voltage is going to the motor to tell it to work but is stil doesnt move,and its the same with a new tested motor? do the motors move when not connected to the window mechanism?
have you checked nothing in the windows workings has seized or broken?

Try the relay on the door panel, had the wife's die on us recently. Only affected the passengers.

Just be sure you havn't disabled it with the switch your side

Yes, you've probably switched it off.

Hi, ta for the replies.

OK, switch is not disabled on drivers side. Both motors do not work on passenger side. Mechanism on passenger side is OK.


Broph99, where is the relay? This sounds promising...

It is a brown box on your passenger door. Take off your interior door panel, you will see the wiring running from the window up/down switch to the relay, then to the motor if I remember correctly. The relays are the same on all the 32's if you need to find a replacement. Good luck. Takes 5 min to change.
