whys that mate? power caps arent really a fix for power supply probelms,the cap still has to draw its power from the battery and thus the alternator,it doesnt make it
do you run lots of audio?

yeh got quite a bit. its fine in the day n stuff its just at nyt ya turn it up and it dims the lights with the base so thought it wud be the best thing to get

I had the same problem a few years back with dimming lights when the bass was turned up, so i ended up fitting a second battery just for the stereo with a split charge relay. sorted it right out.

FORGET powercaps, just sort your power supply out!
