Hi
I'm just wondering if there is a mega difference between the GTS, GTST (what's a type M?) and GTR for insurance costs.
In my price range (8K absolute max) I could get a cheap R33 GTS 2.5 and play with it, R33 GTST and have a little over, or an R32 GTR cheapest available, and nowt for mods.
Any opinions or suggestions, please?
PS I'm 35, max NCD, no claims/convictions if this helps.
Thanks.
Mitch.

Bizarrely, my GTT ended up with the same quote as an R33 GTR.

Modifications did not make any difference to the quote through Liverpool Victoria as long as they are not excessive.

I would personally go with GTSt or GTR as by the time you have spent money on an S, you will only manage to get to where the T starts!

Nitey are we agreeing again - blimey!

I am in Huntingdon - a few of us around now and a meet at Brampton services next Sunday at 12 o'clock if you are interested - there is a thread in the events and meets section.
Certainly a mix of models there if you want a look over a few.

Cheers Nitesky. Best of both worlds I guess. If I get a GTR, I know if it goes Pete Tong I won't have much of a reserve to sort it out, and I'll have nothing to aspire to/save up for! :D
Nick-I'll try and make that meet and have a squint at the different models. Cheers.
