Very good work there....

I've just done similar, stripped down back end and POR15 inside boot black and POR15 silver for the rear, fuel pump cover and battery tray.

Just don't get it on yourself its a ***** to get off.

Now to start underneath with POR15 black and under-seal :D What fun

droped the rear upper/lower arms & Hicas lock bar off at a local fabrication shop to see how much a set will be up in chromoly tube and rose jointed

the same guy's media blast/powder coat make roll cages and build engines

mainly cossie's i think due to the Escort cossie outside and the 3 door sierra race car inside.........

cool stuff - lots of good parts going on by sounds of things.

the project is called carbon black - now I've got a good imagination so I can take a guess as to how it might look but are there any pics you've been inspired by at all? Be interesting to see what you got planned down the line.. wheels etc :)

thanks for your kind words

insperation is from lots of other cars like lamborghini, ferrari, aston martin, porsche for the interior as they don't just throw carbon over everything a balance of carbon/alcantara/brushed s steel etc and a good balance of clolor's

outside the car nismo, group a 32's, etc function 1st .....not over the top and kill the R32GTR's lines not too ricer

i want it too look like it just rolled out of the nismo department as a big GT car to take on the big names..........lamborghini,ferrari,aston martin, porsche

well sort of finished the garage enough for me to work in the car now......

there are 3 silver panel's 2 with windows (at the moment) all removeable so in the good weather or on very dusty/grinding days off they come

4 x 500w flood lights....very bright

multi socket for lights one plug for each end also radio, heater, power tools etc safty cut out on yellow ext reel

there is about
2.5ft at each side the car, 1ft at rear and 3ft at front

the only other thing i did was to pick up the diff, driveshafts, attesa pump, attesa res tank and pipes from storage (dads lockup garage)

ready for the big cean up
