Will a GTR pump be a direct swap on my trusty GTSt?? Before i go & buy 1 i better find out if it fits.

Yes it should be

I have a R33 GTR one fitted in mine.

Don't know if R32s are different though. (not sure which model you have)

Same as you mate R33 GTSt. Did you do it yourself?? Is it easy to get at or a complete ****?

Seen a thread about fitting one somewhere on SDU, I think the basics are

Access through the top via an opening next to the battery

Do it with a nearly empty tank

Wait an hour or so after completion to allow spillages to dry

When you take one pipe off it has pressure in the line so you get a bit of fluid coming out

Getting the big plastic ring nut off may be the main problem unless you have monster stilsons.

Hi mate

I got my garage to do it. They found it a bit of a pain in the a** becuase you have to do it all by feel unless you want to remove tank.

Not too bad a job - just fiddly and annoying

you can do it i did you have to remove plastic nut the bracket needs modifying slightly and then oyu have to find the hole it sits in at bottom of tank is bit fidly takes about 4o mins ish pump is slightly louder but doesnt matter will be least of my worries
