awww -you'd have thought someone would have moved him before the blast eh? ! Poor thing -thats horrible.

if he hadda tried letting go and flying away on the way up then 0.001 seconds after he lets go tonnes of white hot rocket fuel would have shot passed him and turned him into steam in seconds. poor lil thing..

A couple of years ago we were pulling old oil well wellheads from the seabed (North Sea) using explosives lowered in to cut them below the seabed.

On one of them this huge Cod had taken up residence because the water tends to be warmer in them. Anyway after nudging it 3 or 4 times with the 6 ft long cutting charge (enough to blast through 10 inches of steel tubulars) it still refused to swim away.

So......


Cod no more!
