Hi guys,

dunno if anyone can help out...

recently had a knackered calliper on the front (passanger) of my non turbo (4-stud) runaround... just wondering if any one knows what the callipers (just the piston bit) are off of. I know the rear discs, calipers and pads are s13, as are the front discs... but the pads arn't so i'm not sure where i stand getting the calipers....

i'm hoping they're s13 but not sure... any ideas?

Right just a quick update - incase this can help anyone in the future...

they're actually the same as early spec s13's, the ones with the iddy bitty (yep, technical, I know) 259mm discs. The sliders are different (hence why s13 pads dont fit) but the rest is a bolt on job...... and cost next to nothing...


They are a bit on the poo side though so the next job is to then go out and get some s14 4-pots (which i'm told are the same asGTS-T jobs) redrill the discs to 4-stud and robert is your mothers brother!

..and if you get stuck drop "hesh" a pm, he has a spare pair of calipers he got from me for spares, they were in decent fettle though as I was upgrading.

yes indeedy ... sat in my shed awaiting whatever happens next .....also as for pads i know some where up here you can get a full set fornt and rears for aroubnd the 40 to 50 squids. ...gimme a shout if ya want the info ...as they do mail order.

Note: the R32T discs are not the same as the S13..but 2.0L R32 GTST after 5/89 to 7/93 are the same as S14, see full list below.

S13 discs are: 5-1988/1991 - 1.8 = 250dia x 49deep x 18thick x 4 stud
8-1991> - all = 280dia x 49deep x 22thick x 4 stud

S14 discs are: 8-1994> - all = 280dia x 54deep x 30thick x 5 stud

R32T discs are: 280dia x 49deep x 26thick x 4 stud
Ditto R33 GTS4 & GTS Type S

R32GTST 2.0L 5-1989 / 7-1993 are 280dia x 54deep x 30deep x 5 stud

R32 GT-R 6-1989/8-1993 are 296dia x 54deep x 32thick x 5 stud

R32 GT-R 8-1993/12-1994 are 324dia x 53.75deep x 30thick x 5 stud
