R33 Dash surround question

Take out your ashtray, there will be 2 screws behind that - undo them, this releases the gear/hand brake surround - remove it. Look behind the fascia that surrounded the ash tray and you will see more screws that hold the base of the remaining surround in place - undo these. Then you have to be quite firm because the dash has plastic clips that grip it into place as well
