Few quick questions,

I know the 98 R33 spec 2 came with HID headlights as standard, But when I put my high beams on they are just standard crapy yellow and looks crap. Why did nissan give you HID headlights and then crappy standard high beams and parking lights or does my car have the wrong blubs or something????

1) What are my options to replace these high beams to get a bright white?

2) Also what blub do I need to replace the side parking lights to get a bright white?

Aaah, the quest to de-yellow!

HIDs don't turn on quick enough for high beam, so it was simplest (at that time) to use standard bulbs.

I got some 'ice white' or something high beam bulbs off ebay, made it slightly better but not much.

Side lights, got some 360 degree 1.5W LED bulbs from some company on the internet - they're great, although very slightly too blue if I'm being really fussy.

RU: Yep the yellow lights look ****!...I see that interesting about the high beams....Anyhow, What type of bulbs do I get for the high beams? H1 or ???...not up to scratch with my bulb types.

Can't remember offhand - I think it's wirtten on top of the headlight housing?

Best to buy a H1 HID kit and convert your high beam to xenon aswell.
