R33 RB25 clutch on -92 R32 GTR

Trying to figure out if a RB25 R33 GTST skyline clutch Will fit my 1992 R32 GTR?

I know i have to check if i got a push or pull clutch. But if it is a pull type clutch, Will i be able to fit the clutch from the R33 RB25? 🧐

Search the forum, its been asked for the other way round and answered.
But why would you want to put a lesser clutch on a GTR???

will gtr clutch and flywheel fit gtst??

hi all, got a r33 gtst and want to upgrade clutch. seen a clutch and flywheel kit for a gtr just need to know if they will fit my engine and gearbox ok. Jay

There is a NISMO super coppermix for sale. I need a new clutch since i have the stock one, i dont belive it will hold for 500hp

If you check on Nengun.com or NISMO.co.jp they show the super coppermix clutches (below) both use the same partno's ( push type).
Single = R33 GTST (rb25det) and R32GTR before Feb/93 - 3000S-RSR25-H1
Twin plate= R33 GTST (rb25det) and R32GTR prior 1993/2 - 3002A-RS594

But check the partno you have been offered against NISMO to be sure.

Guess you would need the twin for 500hp, great clutches tho..

Yeah, i noticed there was a single type and twin. Still thought the single type would handle alot more power

Well i received my clutch now. They told me it was the twin plate, but it was not. Just a single plate.... Gotta send it back since it will probably not hold for 2 x GT28-5 turbo power.

How much better is the single nismo super coppermix than the Standard clutch?

The single always used to be one of the best on the market, but at 500hp it may not like it or for long?, as its only rated for 420ps (414hp).
I only have experience with the twin and its a amazing but quite pricey nowadays. (Buy once, buy the best - Nismo super copper twin all the way)
