Ok I want to look at spending some money on modifying the engine of the car now and want to know costs and best way to end up with some silly power. Going to make this into a bit of a mission and see what I can do, put some money into it.

What do people recommend ?

Stage 1 ( 275hp)

HKS / Greddy cooler plugs. ~ £100
80MM Bore Exhaust ~ £500
De-cat ~ £ 70

HKS2540 or Greddy T517Z Turbo ~ £1500 - £2500
Uprated actuator ~ £100

280LPH pump ~ £300
Clutch ~ £400
Cam timing pulley ~ £150

Stage 4 (450hp)
HKS T04 / HKS 2835 ~£2500 - £3000
Forged pistons ~ £1300
Balanced & lightened crank
Re-bore price ?
Shot pein con-rods price ?
High flow oil pump ~ £1200
Up-rated con-rod bolts ~ £200
Up-rated head bolts ~ £250
Removal of the VVT system
Upgrade to solid lifters
Run an exhaust cam on inlet for standard cam pulley to bolt up.
Uprated BOV ~ £250 the standard one leaks over 1.3 bar


All above plus labour so not cheap... I've got some idea's for build specs for above 500hp but not tried and tested yet;)

ah we dont worry about cash stage 1 already there.

I thought they were 280bhp standard anyhow ?
