THIS MANIFOLD IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS

■FITMENT FOR ANY RB20 RB25 TURBO ENGINE

■ALL 321 STAINLESS STEEL, NOT cheap 304 grade

■IS ALSO OK FOR LHD CARS

■3mm THICK

■BRACED TURBO FLANGE

■BRACED RUNERS

■ANY TURBO THAT WILL BOLT ON TO THE STOCK MANIFOLD WILL ALSO FIT THIS MANIFOLD

■INCREASED FLOW OVER STOCK MANIFOLD FOR BETTER TOP END POWER & SPOOL

■WEIGHT SAVING OVER THE STANDARD CAST MANIFOLD

■BRAND NEW IN THE BOX

ADVANTAGES OF 321 GRADE STAINLESS STEEL AGAINST CHEAP 304 GRADES

Grades 321 is stabilised by Titanium. This grade is used because they are not sensitive to intergranular corrosion after heating within the carbide precipitation range of 425-950°C. Grade 321 is the grade of choice for applications in the temperature range of up to about 1000°C, combining high strength, resistance to scaling and phase stability with resistance to subsequent aqueous corrosion.

Grade 304 is more readily available in most product forms, and so is generally used in preference to 321 if the requirement is simply for resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding. However 304 has lower hot strength than 321 and so is not the best choice if the requirement is resistance to an operating environment over about 500°C which pretty much every turbo exhaust gasses will be over.

You mean the Turbo mounting Flange, no its not divided, thats only really needed if you've got a twin scroll turbo.

I presume you didn't get to try it out, so could you post up the brand or any info on what kind of bhp increase you'd get by using this over the oem manifold.

It'll cut lag due to the better flow being tubular.

Could you list some of the engine mods on you're car + the difference the manifold made when you fitted it ?

Best thing to do is just check my garage out in my signature, as for difference I couldn't say as I also fitted a Greddy style plenum, 80mm throttle body and new IC all at the same time.
