hello tech wizards!

I went into my local motor factors today to get some spark plugs for my 32 gts-t. i was met with blank faes and no-one could tell me what plugs i needed.

Does anyone know the plug manufacturer and code i need, and also what they need to be set to ( i heard its .8mm)
