Head bolts, big and small ends

Head bolts - 93-103nm (loosen half way through the tightening cycles and then head on up to 93-103)

Main bearing cap bolts - 46-52nm

Conrod nuts - 14-16nm and then 60-65 degrees

All rbs have the same mains and rod torques, the headbolts are different, but apparently the 25 and 20 are the same, the 26 and 30 are different again
