Rb25det Bottom end

Hi guys after leaving my car some where for a week and finally getting round to collecting it no more than 2 miles down the road lost all power and came to a stop, got the vehicle recovered home managed to get engine to start only to find the bottom end knocking its tits off, does anyone have a bottom end kicking about in fairly good nick just to get my vehicle back on the road, or parts I may be able to re use to rebuild my bottom end, or even point me in the direction of where to source these parts, all help is much appreciated thank you
