I have removed the fitting that has the rubber connectors for the Oil Cooler and turbo!

I want to not use rubber as they always break!

Would a all copper cause a corrosion problem for me?

the area I speak of in under the Intake manifold! replace that whole area with copper (Tubes / 90degree / T Connectors & reducers) to have all copper to each connector i.e. Oil cooler water in / out, Engine water output & next to the water intake!

I've already constructed it but think maybe a corrosion problem might happen.

I remember reading that copper soldering joints are strong and only have failures if the joint has vibration while soldering?!

but that worries me as there are about 16 joints!! hahaha
hope there are other comments about corrosion... perhaps I should test this for my self!

I decided to scrap the al copper as it was too soft and high pressure coolant would possible blow it out of the rubber!

Instead I disconnected the heater complete
and the engine out is going direct to turbo & oil cooler using BRASS Fittings..
nice look & neat.

Thanks for the comments guys.
