hi guys,
some of you might of already read that i blow up my turbo, and now i know why!

when my car came from japan, the boost controller was set to a high level, it drinks fuel like its going out of fashion (13 to the gallon, all the time) and i had reciepts for things that i have now found out, arnt on the car.
So i am guessing that some bits were removed in japan before it cam over here, e.g big turbo, turbo elbow etc.


now the turbo is dead, i want to go to 450bhp and i would like some info from the experts as to what i need please?

below is the parts that i can think of, but if you technical peeps out there could copy and paste, just like for meets etc so i can sort it out and start shopping??

3. bigger injectors (not sure what size)
4. bigger turbo (again, not sure what size)

9. Best get a headgasket whilst your at it to run over 1.2 bar

Turbo wise i would look at the td06 25g or the hks 3037 kit.

silly question, whats a fmic?

and as for the turbo, can i not get my standard one changed over to steel internals and of course bigger blades???

regards to the fuel pump, the paperwork says i have a nismo pump, but due to whats happend so far, i will check if thats true in the morning.
And how do i know if the injectors i have are standard, is it the colout that i should be looking for or will i have to take one out to know.
I have so far that i am 100% sure on is,

1. front mount intercooler
2. Apexi power fc
3. hks induction kit
4. apexi full titamium exhaust system
5. different turbo elbow
6. blitz boost controller
7. decat
8. greddy ally rad
9. greddy oil cooler
10. greddy oil filter relocation kit

right then, first thing in the morning, i need to check the fuel pump and look for purple injectors!
Dellaruse - do you know what fmic is?

Are you looking at flywheel or hubs HP? As i have got 400ish at the fly; 328 at the wheels. check out my garage for my mods..

standard turbo will never let you make 450BHP @ wheels, not even with steel internals cuz its simply not big enough

drivetrain loss of around 70BHP means youre after 520BHP @ fly :D TD06 25G or wilder it must be then

what you'll also need me thinks is this:
downpipe (if you go TD06 it will be in the turbokit)
fuel pressure regulator
iridium sparkplugs
air intake heatshield and/or cold air feed
aftermarket boost gauge
a GOOD mapping

Pistons wont cope with 450 at the fly long term and its not a good idea to push rods much over 500hp atf the fly so you will need a set of them as well so budget for a complete rebuild.

328hp atw would likely be 360-370 at the fly on a GTS.

on top of what you have you need
fuel pump nismo are good
headgasket 1.4 mm should do
turbo turbo dynamics do standard rebuilt 450bhp turbo
i would have cams
plate clutch
550cc injectors
fuel regulator
bov hks are the best
i would also get a greddy plemun or alike
if you want 450bhp at the wheels i would use nitrous to rtop the power when you need it with a 25 to 30 bhp shot but at that power i would think of putting forge pistons and a gtr crank in.

hks steel 1.2mm headgasket
bigger fuel pump
bigger injectors
hks evc 6 boost controller
twin plate os giken clutch
os giken 1,2,3 gear kit
hks bov
hks induction kit
hks f-con v pro engine management

now i need a bigger inlet plenium
