My engine seems to be running really flat, takes longer than usual to get up the revs an just dont sound right? Any one got any ideas what to check at the weekend, going to check, plugs, coils an timing, can you think of anything else it could be?

Also it idles all over the place, when i approch a junction if i dont keep the revs up it stalls, do you think this is linked to it sounding flat or maybe its a seperate fault?

Cheers

Regards to the idle problem sounds like eaither your AFM or lambda sensor, i had the same problem and fitting a new lambda and AFM solved the problem.

I know it aint the afm as im currently swapping the afm between two cars, depending on which one i choose to drive, the other drives fine, maybe il try swapping the lambda sensor out!

Loz, having read this thread along with your one about steam pissing out of the catch tank I think it's time you took your car too a specialist for a good check over. May be nothing at all, but it's worth a look :)

LOL, i like that response general banter, i would do, but the car owes me next to nothing and was previously owned by monkeys, so i dont really want to spend unnessory cash on it, i also want to try an resolve it myself to learn!

I only bought the car purely to drift in the series next year! Oh, an its just condensation coming out the catch tank!
