its already in so california , but how much and how hard will it be to be able to drive it on the street , i really dont want to pass it up its only 5000 usd

Check her over carefully, take a mechanic if you can but at that price she sounds a steal, that's less than £2500 a mega bargain if genuine.

They're not the easiest cars to drive fast, but if you're just pottering about on the street then they are great fun. Watch out in the wet, they can be a real handful if you get complacent!
