hi just fitted the speedo convertor bought from http://www.importedvehicles.co.uk/electronic_speedos.htm. for 48 pounds nice little product now the odometer read in miles as well.

How easy was it to fit Mik? Does it involve soldering, or just screw connections?

i didnt fit myself the guy was here to fit the car alarm so asked him he fitted it for me at no additional cost.

if it is the normal speedo convertor then it is joined into the wires by splicing them or scotch locking them, but i have no speedo converter just the standard speedo head with it soldered up mate.

i am just about to go out and remove my speedo and do it myself...... free so more money for fuel lol

job done , 10 minutes to get clocks out and 5 minutes to solder board , will put clocks back in the morning as its pitch black out there .... just hope i have soledered the right bits lol

clocks back in today and tested, mph was 1 mph out to tom tom at top end speed but trip clocked 0.8 of a mile to 1 mile on tom tom, what would cause this
