speedo not working help please

hi any one know anything about speedos? mine seems to be connected up right but does not work the milage dont clock up nither. i have the clocks out at the moment there is 4 plugs in the loom to the clocks and only 3 sockets on the clocks any one know what the 4th plug is for? the rpm, fuel, boost, temp, and oil pressure are all working.

is it a auto? if so the 4th plug should go on the side of the speedo.

no its a manual. not sure if it has been converted.
