You would need to either fit a decent quality bleedvalve or a electronic boost controller. Once the ecu is fitted you can raise the boost to .85b and this should see you with the results above. You are better off using the RB25 ecu for this.

I bought one a few months ago,price went up to £240 with an ecu or £290 if you don't send one. Just thought I'd reply as you'll wait a while for a reply from bells on here lol. Facebook them,they are fairly quick at replying in there.

Seems so. Un fortunately I'm not on Facebook, so I'm posting here.
I'll update my question above:

Currently running:
- 2.5"->3" downpipe
- 200cpi catalytic converter
- 3" exhaust (Fujitsubo)

Still missing/ToDo:
- Panel filter (K&N or Apexi) sufficient ? I think that this will be cooler than a pod filter
- R34 OEM SMIC sufficient as it's bigger, or does it have to be a FMIC ?

Are those components OK to run with your V2 map ?

Hi, sorry to drag up an old thread but I have the same question as KonradGER above.

Would the Bells Auto stage 1 ECu v.2 be effective with the following:

- 3" exhaust system
- sports cat
- Panel filter
- R34 OEM SMIC
