My car has developed a positive CLUNK from the NSR. It usually happens when coming down off a speed bump, going over a hole slowly etc. etc.
Doesn't happen very often when normal driving.
I have already replaced the anti rollbar droplink, no joy. The only other thing I can find with any play is the HICAS knuckle/track rod end.

Anyone got any info on how to replace them??

The car is on the Jap spec Ohlins suspension.

jack the front near side up and give the wheel a wiggle top to bottom,it could be the top arm bush just like mine,it also sounds as if it comes from the back

I will definately check the front as well but I'm 95% sure this clunk is from the rear.

The HICAS knuckle is the only thing I can find that is obviously worn so I want to replace it just to rule it out (I will replace both sides) but I am struggling on how to remove the ball joint arrangement from the strut?

check your shocks bud they will clunk if they are leaking.

also check you subframe mountings, mine are shot and they clunk quite a bit, at first i tought it was somthing lose in the boot
