I sent a pallet to Luxembourg
The best price I could get was 120 posted
They picked it up during the week and after 10 days the seller asked me were the pallet was I checked my email for the tracking info looked at the tracking info and it said couldn't deliver . Something to do with not giving them a contact number but i gave them my contact number. I gave the buyer the tracking info too he said that there was noting posted throw the door

Also it say something about trying to contact (yes 2 emails) I never check my email anyway

I called them the next day too see what's happening they tell me there sending the parcel back too me plus there's going to be a 120 charge just to return it :spank:

I now have the pallet with all the stuff

Were do I stand

Plus what do I do with the buyer

Help please

surely the contact number would be for the person the pallet is being delivered to, not from. Otherwise they would be getting to where ever its supposed be's general area then calling you to say where do you want it. Give them a call or check with Moonshine for advice

plus you will need to check emails more often as they have clearly sent you emails to explain

Ok I didn't have a contact number but surely they should keep it for more than a few days and not just send it back without asking

they said they had no contact number they didn't even try to deliver because no note was left
I'm my opinion and from everything I have ever sent, a contact number is for if they can't make delivery, the fact they never even attempted means they broke the contract. You supplied a contact number, yes it was for you but the didn't call and they should of called or attempted to deliver.

I would take this further and sure as hell wouldn't be paying £120 when they never even attempted delivery, the person picking it up should have refused it if there was no contact details anyway but they never.

So the item has been paid from the buyer what do I do give him full refund or only the item price

No idea

Because I'm never getting that money back
Well he wouldn't give you a contact number, so part of the blame lies with him for not providing the correct details and my question would be why?

I don't think the company picking it up should of accepted it without a number if that's their policy? I would look into this further mate as they accepted it without a contact number so can't then turn round and say it should of had one.

It's not the buyers fault mate. You need to give him a full refund as you should have got all details. Also the delivery company should have at least called the number so fault is also with them.
