1990 r32 gtst, standard apart from hks system and filter/bov.
i have a choice of a t25 off a volvo or a t3 which camefrom a ford i think(!)
which would be the best to run if i want to run a chip and up the boost? also will i need a new/different actuator? and what about oil/water feeds and returns?

Not sure regarding oil, water lines and actuator, but the T25 wont bolt straight to the standard manifold. And if its a T3 from ford (for example 4 x 4 Cosworth T3) then the elbo wont bolt straight up to your downpipe.
The figure for standard turbo knocking about is 0.8bar. Its a very hard number to say and there has been much debate. Its one of those, at your risk!! All this is under the search button!
