So this came out of no where, one day it sounds fine but just a couple days ago i noticed going over an enclosed bridge that at slight acceleration rpm around 2 - 3k rpm ive noticed a verrry slight ticking noise that goes faster with acceleration, now it seems to not exist above or below said rpm range.

Lifters maybe? Ive always topped up the oil but i do have to replace rocker cover gasket due to slight leaking.

No power loss.

but any ideas?

Not unusual to hear slight ticking sound from injectors, have it on mine not problem if that is what you are hearing

Its been taking to a mechanic and confirmed timing belt and pulleys getting on, needs replacing asap
A worn timing belt and pulleys won't cause a ticking noise, they'll give you a whimpering noise on the RB. A ticking noise that's engine RPM related is likely top end/valvetrain wear. Might be something as simple as incorrect engine oil viscosity or level or could be wear needing measurement and shimming.
