It's a PITA waiting on parts but you can only hold your tongue if the parts estimated delivery times are within what's listed in the ads. This is why I always buy my **** from Conceptua.

just looked now brian yes and no the no's are on 1 subject seriously slow on delivery!! but y cant ppl be straight forward for example when i sell an item wether its on this forum or ebay as soon as the buyer send payment the item in question is dispatched either the same day as payment received or the following day and ive sent parcels to ppl on here without no problems or a lenghy nwaiting period as i beleive if some1 pays for an item straight away they it shud be sent out straight away no messing..

Pfft ebay is a waste of time these days, I have more hassle from lads called azi/mazi/bazi who buy my sh*t, cost me fees then get no money or contact from them. This happens at least 9/10 items that are won from me.

I kind of had the same issue, bought and paid for a turbo elbow and they didn't post it until 10 days later. I'm not being funny, I can understand a day or 2 if you're working but 10 days?? It was still in the original packaging from Japspeed ffs, they only had to put my name and address on. So I feel your pain, just neg him when you get it.

Sold my car last week buyer was in a bidding war till the very last second. Once the auction had finished and he'd won that was it. No responce, no money, no email, nothing!!! WHY BID???

I've had this twice in the last month from the same person.

The first item he bought, he took 3 weeks to pay & it took an unpaid claim to be raised against him & invoices daily.

Then last week, he decides to buy another item, again in the last few seconds of auction and has again vanished. I have emailed him and invoiced him daily since he has already dicked about once. Have just had to open another dispute against him :Uzi:

Ebay is a waste of time, i have never used it as all you here is problems like this....more hassle than its worth.
As above, I've given up on ebay for the hassle. Unless I've got something worth selling I'll just chuck it. I'll never try and sell a car on there again, absolute nightmare

How do you stand legally if someone wins a bid, and refuses to Pay, is there anything by law, that can be done though a contract agreed when you open an Ebay account? or is is not worth the paper it is written on.
