For Peoples Information really, removing the HICAS means 40+lbs gone of weight.

Who knows actual weight saving for parts which are really quite redundant.

What did you use as a to lock it all together after Sarcy? The notoriously expensive (apparently) Tomei kit? Or some fabricated thing?

I always make sure i have a crap before a track day, saves about two tenths off your lap time at Llandow and coombe.

Also what about driving naked, those denim jeans aint lightweight you know.

I'm fortunate enough to only have 2 seats, so the the only option I'd have is to take out the spare and tool-kit..!

some kits have bar to go the whole way across between rear control arms so you can remove the hicass steering rack some just have a disc which fixes to the ends of the rack (tomei one is like this). It probably also varies from hydraulic to electric types of hicass

gotta say this weight saving lark is something i'm getting into, how much weight would you guess could be removed from a skyline by removing the following..
all in car entertainment
complete air con system
complete hicas system
all interior with just two either carbon fibre or carbon/kevlar seats
light weight bonnet either frp/carbon or alloy
frp front arches
frp doors
carbon boot
