what colour is this?????

Hi all im new here (mainly on the SOC red site) but thought I best show my face around here some more lol. my skyline is currently in the bodyshop and im pondering on colour choice I have come across this colour but I have no clue what it is.........some have said its bayside blue but I swear its not.....





please someone help me im off to the spray shop tommorow with these pics so he can havea lcue but id like ot have some sort of idea to what the colour is before I go see them.

gayside lol I pressume you dont like that color then haha.

on another forum a couple of people also said it depends on the camera used if its in the light or dark etc etc.

its just I look at R34's in the colour and they dont look anything like it..if anything some look really bright blue.

looks similar to mine it was based on bmw estorial blue does look slightly off bayside blue as said above could be lighting
looks similar to the marine metallic blue offered up a few years ago... seen a couple of 33`s like it at shows...

looked at the marine colour and it looks alot ligher compared to the ones in the pics.

the only other colour I can think it might be is nissan 350z which is hte colour I originally wanted to get my car done in. and tbh after looking at this picture I think I might just do haha

thats what I thought to.

seems il stick with my original plan then of having he car done in B17 350z blue :) aka Daytona blue.
Matching colours from a picture is impossible imho, so many variables (ending with the setup of your monitor).

Agreed, it only takes a press of a button on the monitor and it will change completly, whenever I do professional photos for work I have to calibrate the monitor using a special light sensor to get the colour temperature right
