Need a bit of help, can't work out what this is for.
It comes from just after the turbo exit intake side, it's metal and has a vac line running to std boost controller. Other than that it runs up by the rockers then down and round by the waste gate and is then blanked....

Looks like your recirculating dump valve pipe to the intake, it's blocked off because you have a vent to atmosphere one fitted


ps that's not the wastegate your seeing, it's a vent to atmosphere blow off valve / dump valve. Your wastegate is part of your turbines exhaust housing and cannot be seen without removing the down pipe from the turbo

Yeah sorry I meant bov got all a bit mixed up, just found a nice side view pic and yeah that's what it was for. So really I should be able to remove it all and just have a nipple for the 2 stage boost vac line?

Yea that would work, make sure you block off the holes left on the turbine intake pipe though

so just trace it, re plumb the vac line and block the hole that's left where it came from sounds easy now just to take it all apart haha
